What forms of payment do you accept?
We prefer payment through PayPal or any major credit cards (for more information on how to pay using credit card thru paypal please click HERE) Or if you would like to mail in payment thats fine also, (US funds only) but please use the shopping cart as it will combine your items and total the postage for you, or just contact me in by email advance so i can figure up your postage total for you.
Is it safe to use my credit card when paying?
Shopping in our store is safe. We never see your credit card information or have access to it, all credit card payments are done through PAYPAL SECURE SERVERS, (owned by ebay) you do not need a Paypal account to purchase with Credit Card as we have a business account there with them, once payment has been processed there, we are notified by email from them payment has been completed, we will then notify you that payment been received and shipped.
Note: You are free to shop printed manuals and e-books/e-manuals together just add them to your shopping cart. The printed manual will be shipped to your designated address and the e-books/e-manuals will be available for download upon purchased.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?
(2 to 4 weeks depending on your location)
I am a retired American living here in the beautiful island of Bantayan near Cebu in the southern Philippines, I only go to the post office once a week on Fridays as it wipes out the whole afternoon, items paid for by 12 PM on Wednesday USA eastern time (that’s noon Thursday for us, we are ahead 12 hours here) will be shipped on Friday, any payments received after that will go out on the following Friday, "most of the time" items are at your door in about 2 to 3 weeks from the "date mailed" but sometimes mail is slower 3 to 4 weeks so please allow 30 days. I'm telling you now in advance it won't happen fast here, if you cant wait, or in a hurry, order the ebook version if it is available, or please don’t order and THANK YOU!! For Understanding!!!
Why wont you reply to emails?
This is one of my pet peves that happens way too often, I answer all emails daily with the exception of the rare weekend when i'm away for just a few days, i always answer all emails asap.

Please CHECK YOUR SPAM BIN! . . . . thats where you will find the email (smiles)
How is an e-Book delivered?
Just check out this link PURCHASING AN EBOOK for more information regarding on how to purchase and how the e-book delivered. Please note that sometimes a new item is not yet in the auto delivery system and i will email you a download link asap.

How do I report a delivery problem?
Our customer service department will happily answer questions and provide assistance. We will promptly address any delivery issues related to printed manual or E-book file quality. However, there are limitations to the support we can provide. We cannot, for example, provide help related to your hardware or software.
Do you accept returns?
Yes & No, We do accept returns on all print items if you are not happy for any reason, but do not accept returns for any CD or Download PDF manuals as they are too easy to copy and some people just try to get a copy for free. If you have any questions about a download or CD manual, ASK FIRST!
I will however replace any CD that becomes damaged in shipment.
